prendre conscience de ses fonctionnements, de sa motivation, de ses freins, des besoins qu&rsquo;il cherche \u00e0 satisfaire<br \/>\n&#8211; enrichir sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 personnelle<br \/>\n&#8211; mieux vivre sa responsabilit\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; mieux vivre sa relation au temps, aux erreurs<br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #3300ff;\">Le manager et son environnement<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n. d\u00e9velopper une \u00e9coute active<br \/>\n&#8211; s&rsquo;exprimer d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on acceptable pour l&rsquo;autre<br \/>\n&#8211; dire non, recevoir un non<br \/>\n&#8211; dialoguer avec une personne insatisfaite (collaborateur, client, responsable)<br \/>\n&#8211; transformer une difficult\u00e9 en occasion de progr\u00e8s<br \/>\n&#8211; pr\u00e9venir et g\u00e9rer le conflit<br \/>\n&#8211; donner un feedback, mener un entretien d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation constructif<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #3300ff;\">Le manager, accompagnateur de son \u00e9quipe<\/span><\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; accompagner son \u00e9quipe vers l&rsquo;autonomie et la coop\u00e9ration<br \/>\n&#8211; animer une r\u00e9gulation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe<br \/>\n&#8211; avoir un r\u00f4le de m\u00e9diateur<br \/>\n&#8211; contribuer \u00e0 conciler les objectifs individuels et l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;observe que ce processus est particuli\u00e8rement performant dans l&rsquo;entreprise pour plusieurs raisons :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Communication cr\u00e9atrice<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; c&rsquo;est un <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>outil puissant de transformation<\/strong> <\/span>: le fait que le processus int\u00e8gre l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de Demande permet aux personnes et aux \u00e9quipes de modifier en profondeur leur fa\u00e7on de communiquer, en interne et avec l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur ; le processus favorise un fonctionnement coop\u00e9ratif o\u00f9 chacun contribue \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 collective et prend soin de sa mission individuelle<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; c&rsquo;est un <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>processus qui favorise la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9<\/strong> <\/span>: l\u00e0 o\u00f9 2 personnes, de comp\u00e9tences et de missions diff\u00e9rentes, s&rsquo;affrontent en opposant 2 solutions incompatibles, la Communication NonViolente, en priorisant les besoins, permet aux personnes de dialoguer et de d\u00e9couvrir ensemble bien d&rsquo;autres mani\u00e8res de faire, satisfaisantes pour chaque partie<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Un apprentissage compatible avec la vie de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; c&rsquo;est un <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">processus simple \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender<\/span><\/strong>, accessible \u00e0 tous les niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques, qui s&rsquo;apprend de mani\u00e8re progressive : 4 \u00e9tapes (Observation, Sentiments, Besoins, Demande)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; c&rsquo;est un <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">processus pragmatique<\/span><\/strong>, o\u00f9 chacun, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il en est, peut trouver un axe de progr\u00e8s et d&rsquo;\u00e9volution<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; c&rsquo;est un <strong><span style=\"color: #3300ff;\">processus progressif<\/span><\/strong>, qui demande un accompagnement dans la dur\u00e9e, un accueil des r\u00e9sistances, un apprentissage \u00e0 travers une alternance de temps de formation et de temps d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; c&rsquo;est un <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>processus respectueux des personnes<\/strong> <\/span>: l&rsquo;apprentissage de ce processus, au sein d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe, peut se faire de mani\u00e8re approfondie mais respectueuse de la confidentialit\u00e9 et du cadre de cet apprentissage.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;int\u00e8gre ce processus de communication, en l&rsquo;adaptant au contexte professionnel.
