Mais il <strong><em>sait aussi \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute<\/em><\/strong> et <strong><em>faire progresser<\/em><\/strong> son \u00e9quipe. Enfin, il reste <strong><em>en lien \u00e9troit avec la direction<\/em><\/strong> et fait remonter les informations vers le si\u00e8ge. Une fonction de trait d&rsquo;union pas toujours simple \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Elle est satisfaisante quand elle permet de toucher \u00e0 la dimension strat\u00e9gique de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tout en restant dans l&rsquo;action. Mais elle peut \u00eatre stressante quand un grain de sable vient gripper la m\u00e9canique entre la direction et la base. Et il suffit parfois de peu de chose : une fonction mal d\u00e9finie, des missions trop vagues ou une place trop floue dans l&rsquo;organigramme et rien ne va plus. La mise en place du management interm\u00e9diaire gagne \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie d\u00e8s le recrutement.
