{"id":222,"date":"2008-03-13T21:57:28","date_gmt":"2008-03-13T20:57:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/concertience.fr\/leblog\/2008\/03\/13\/introduction-la\/"},"modified":"2020-03-30T21:46:15","modified_gmt":"2020-03-30T19:46:15","slug":"introduction-la","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/concertience.fr\/leblog\/introduction-la\/","title":{"rendered":"Intelligence collective et sociocratie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff3300\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">D\u00e9velopper l&#039;intelligence collective avec la sociocratie<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">La <strong>sociocratie <\/strong>est un mode de gouvernance qui se diffuse dans le monde et qui a d\u00e9ja fait ses preuves dans un certain nombre de pays, en particulier en Hollande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Alors que l&#039;autocratie donne le pouvoir \u00e0 une personne, que la d\u00e9mocratie donne le pouvoir \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9, <strong>la sociocratie donne le pouvoir au &quot;nous&quot;, au fait social.<\/strong><br \/>C&#039;est un mode de gouvernance des organisations qui favorise de mani\u00e8re structurelle et fonctionnelle <strong>le d\u00e9veloppement de l&#039;intelligence collective<\/strong>. Cette intelligence collective est indispensable au d\u00e9veloppement d&#039;organisations capables de g\u00e9rer la complexit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les 4 principes de la sociocratie sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrichir l&#039;organisation par la mise en place de cercles de d\u00e9cisions<\/li>\n<li>Dynamiser l&#039;organisation par la mise en place des 2\u00e8me liens<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper l&#039;intelligence collective par la prise de d\u00e9cision par consensus<\/li>\n<li>Donner de la puissance aux personnes par l&#039;\u00e9lection sociocratique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La sociocratie permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire la <strong>solitude des dirigeants<\/strong>, de r\u00e9duire la <strong>r\u00e9sistance au changement<\/strong>, de favoriser des modes de <strong>management inter-culturels<\/strong>, d&#039;augmenter l&#039;<strong>efficacit\u00e9 collective <\/strong>et de <strong>d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour mettre en place la sociocratie dans une \u00e9quipe et\/ou une organisation en France, plusieurs moyens sont disponibles.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Etre accompagn\u00e9 par des formateurs et des consultants<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;utilisation de la sociocratie dans une organisation se fait de mani\u00e8re progressive et cibl\u00e9e en fonction des objectifs de l&#039;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Je fais partie de la premi\u00e8re promotion&#160; en gouvernance sociocratique d&#039;Europe Francophone. Suite \u00e0 notre formation, nous pouvons accompagner des organisations qui souhaiteraient mettre en oeuvre des fonctionnements sociocratiques, de mani\u00e8re ponctuelle (animation de teambuilding ; accompagnement d&#039;une \u00e9quipe de direction, de groupes d&#039;analyse de pratique de cercles qualit\u00e9&#8230;) ou p\u00e9renne (enrichissement des processus de d\u00e9cisions ; circulation de l&#039;information descendante et ascendante ; am\u00e9lioration de l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 collective&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Je peux intervenir seule ou avec des coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Se former<\/strong><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>En France, c&#039;est l&#039;association de Communication NonViolente qui organise les stages tout public d&#039;introduction \u00e0 la sociocratie anim\u00e9s par Gilles Charest.<\/p>\n<p>Prochaines dates : <a href=\"http:\/\/francoise-keller.typepad.com\/weblog\/files\/sociocratie_2008_europe.pdf\">SE FORMER<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Exp\u00e9rience de Concertience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, j&#039;utilise cette approche depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 la fois dans le r\u00e9seau de<br \/>\nCommunication NonViolente, pour mes prises de d\u00e9cisions personnelles et comme m\u00e9thode d&#039;intervention chez mes<br \/>\nclients.<\/p>\n<p>Je trouve cette approche \u00e0 la fois pragmatique et puissante.
